Mode of Recruitment :
The selection process will be based on an examination conducted in two phases. The first phase is the Screening Test with a maximum of 100 marks and the second phase consists of a Written Test and a Skill Test carrying a total of 150 marks. Candidates who qualify in the Screening Test will be called for Phase II in the ratio of 1 to 15.
Phase I – Screening Test
The Screening Test will include 100 multiple choice questions of one mark each without negative marking. The subjects and their marks distribution are given as:

Phase II – Written Test and Skill Test
The second phase will include a written test of 100 marks and a computer skill test of 50 marks. In the written test, candidates will attempt translation tasks where half mark will be deducted for each mistake. The details are as :

The skill test will consist of a computer typing test in Hindi with 250 words and English with 300 words. Each typing test will carry 25 marks and candidates must secure at least 10 marks in each to qualify. The typing test will be conducted in Ubuntu Linux using Libre office Unicode Font or as prescribed. Marks obtained in the skill test will not be counted for preparing the merit list but are mandatory for qualification.
Fee Structure :
Application fee is Rs 200/- for SC/ST/PwD of Chhattisgarh State, Rs 250/- for OBC candidates of Chhattisgarh State and Rs 350/- for other candidates. Required fees should be paid to online using debit card, credit card, net banking, UPI.

Mode of Recruitment :
The written test is scheduled for 21-12-2025. The examination will consist of 100 multiple choice questions, carrying a total of 100 marks. Candidates will be given 2 hours to complete the test.
For every wrong answer, one fourth of the mark assigned to that question will be deducted as negative marking.
Fee Structure :
The application fee is Rs 200 for candidates belonging to SC, ST and PwD categories of Chhattisgarh State, Rs 250 for OBC candidates of Chhattisgarh State and Rs 350 for all other categories.
The fee can be paid online through debit card, credit card, net banking or UPI.
