HPSC Recruitment 2026 Senior Scientific Officer (Forensic Science Laboratory) 1 Post Online Application
Haryana Public Service Commission (HPSC) invites online applications from eligible candidates for 1 permanent post of Senior Scientific Officer (Forensic Science Laboratory). Candidates should ensure they meet the required eligibility criteria before applying. The selected candidate will handle research and analytical tasks in DNA fingerprinting at the Forensic Science Laboratory.
Senior Scientific Officer (DNA) will work in the Forensic Science Laboratory, handling research and analytical tasks related to DNA fingerprinting.

Mode of Recruitment :
Selection will be conducted in three stages: Screening Test, Subject Knowledge Test, and Interview. Candidates will be shortlisted at each stage based on merit and performance. Only those meeting the eligibility requirements will advance to subsequent stages.
Fee Structure :
The fee structure is as follows:
- Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBD) of Haryana: Nil
- OSC, DSC, BC-A (Non-Creamy Layer), BC-B (Non-Creamy Layer), ESM, EWS, and women candidates of Haryana: Rs. 250/-
- DESM candidates of Haryana belonging to their vertical category (OSC, DSC, BC-A, BC-B, ESM, EWS): Rs. 250/-
- DESM candidates of Haryana belonging to UR category: Rs. 1000/-
- All other candidates: Rs. 1000/-
The fee is to be paid online and is non-refundable.
How to Apply :
Interested and eligible candidates should submit applications online by 18-02-2026. Follow these steps:
- Register online using your Mobile Number and Aadhar Number to create a Login ID.
- Log in and fill the online application form for Advertisement No. 03/2026 carefully.
- Upload scanned copies of your photograph and signature.
- Upload scanned copies of educational degrees, mark sheets, age proof, experience certificates, caste/category certificates (if applicable), Aadhar Card, Haryana Domicile Certificate (if claiming reservation), and other relevant certificates (ESM, PwBD, etc.).
- After uploading, check all details, print the completed form, sign it, and re-upload the signed copy.
- Keep a printed copy of the final submitted application for future reference. This copy must be presented with original documents if called by the Commission later.
