Haryana Staff Selection Commission (HSSC) is inviting online applications for a total of 3112 Group C posts under various state government departments through CET Phase-II Recruitment (02/2026). Applications are being accepted from Group-C Common Eligibility Test (CET) qualified candidates for different departments, boards, and corporations of the Haryana Government.

Applications can be submitted online from 02-02-2026 to 15-02-2026. Candidates are advised to carefully check the eligibility criteria, educational qualifications, age limit, and category-wise conditions before applying to ensure full compliance with the recruitment requirements.

The selected posts involve clerical, technical, and departmental duties depending on the allotted position, with responsibilities related to routine administration, field operations, record maintenance, and other assigned tasks as per departmental norms.

  • BCA / BCB / EWS : Between 01-04-2025 and closing date
  • DSC / OSC : After 13-11-2024 and before closing date
  • ESM Family Eligibility Certificate Issue/Renewal : Between 03-02-2025 and closing date

Mode of Recruitment :

The selection process will include the following stages conducted in sequence in accordance with the official recruitment rules and examination scheme:

Stage 1: CET-Based Shortlisting

After publication of CET marks, eligible candidates will be invited to apply electronically for the advertised Group C posts. Applications will be invited online based on CET merit score. Maximum candidates shortlisted for the next stage will be up to ten times the total number of advertised vacancies.

Physical Measurement Test (PMT) & Physical Screening Test – Police Posts Only

For Group C Police service posts, candidates will be required to appear for Physical Measurement Test. Candidates qualifying PMT will be called for Physical Screening Test (PST). PST / PMT will be qualifying in nature only.

Stage 2 : Written Examination

The Commission will conduct an offline written examination for shortlisted candidates.

Answer Key Criteria

• Provisional answer key will be released by the Commission after the examination.
• Candidates may submit objections within the specified period, by paying a fee of Rs. 250 per objection.
• All received objections will be reviewed, and answer key will be prepared accordingly.
• Evaluation of answer sheets will be done strictly as per the final answer key.

Stage 3 : Preparation of Merit List

The Commission will prepare category-wise merit lists based on performance.

• For posts requiring specific skills, a skill and/or practical examination will be conducted.
• Total marks will include written examination / skill test marks.
• Additional marks such as NCC (where applicable, e.g., Police recruitment) will be added.
• Upon completion of detailed document verification, the final recommendation and waiting list will be prepared and published.

Fee Structure :

No Application fee is to be paid for this recruitment drive.

How to Apply :

Candidates may apply online as per the instructions given here :

1. Apply online using candidate's CET Registration Number through the Commission’s application portal.
2. Select the Group-C post(s) for which you are eligible and willing to appear in written and/or skill examination.
3. Fill all personal details, educational qualifications, category details and post preferences carefully in the online form.
4. Post preferences once submitted will be treated as final and cannot be changed later.
5. Upload mandatory documents as applicable, including Educational qualification certificates from Matric onwards, Latest coloured photograph with white background showing candidate name and date, Scanned signature, Aadhaar card, Category certificates, domicile certificate and other applicable documents, if required.
6. No application fee is required to be paid.
7. Verify all details carefully before final submission, as no correction or modification will be allowed after submission.
8. Submit the online application form before the closing date i.e. 15-02-2026.
9. After successful submission, download and keep a copy of the final application form and uploaded documents for future reference. There is no requirement to send any printed application form to Haryana Staff Selection Commission at this stage.
