Rajyasabha Secretariat has announced the final results for the posts of secretariat assistant (English/ Hindi/ Urdu) with the notification number No. 01/2017. Preliminary examination was held in between 5th to July 2018. Main examination was held on 18th January 2020. A total of 32 candidates have been recommended for appointment to the posts of Secretarial Assistant (English/ Urdu) based on their performance in the Main examination. No candidate is found eligible for Secretariat (Hindi) Post. All the appointed candidates will be subjected to verify their original certificates before joining.Related :

Rajya Sabha Secretariat has released marks of candidates obtained in main written test held on 18-01-2020, for Recruitment to the posts of Secretariat Assistant (Urdu/ Hindi/ English) against advt no 01/2017. Candidates who were appeared in concerned exam, may now check their marks and get to know about doing of exam. Candidates who have qualified in main exam, will be shortlisted for interview. Details of interviews will be informed to candidates soon. Candidates are advised to keep their testimonials ready in support of claims made in application form, for verification in next recruitment proceeding.

Rajya Sabha Secretariat has declared list of candidates selected for engagement to the post of Parliamentary Interpreter (English/ Hindi) - Advt. No. 1/2017, based on the performance Oration Test held, Written Test held , Simultaneous Interpretation Test (SIT) and Interview. Total five (5) candidates has been selected for engagement to the mentioned posts. Letter of offer with joining formalities details will be issued soon to selected candidates at their addresses as mentioned in application form. Offer should be carried on the date of joining.

Rajya Sabha Secretariat has made available a notification, to announce results of Stenography Skill Test (English) @ 80 w.p.m. hold for the post of Stenographer (English) Advt. No. 1/2017. Skill test was held on 19-12-2018. Candidates who has been declared qualify in skill test, will be called for documents verification. Candidates marks obtained in skill test are also mentioned in notification. Candidates are advised to keep their documents ready in support of qualification, age, caste, experience (if any) etc, for verification in next recruitment proceeding.

Rajya Sabha Secretariat has announced result of skill test for the posts of Secretariat Assistant (Urdu), Secretariat Assistant (Hindi) and Secretariat Assistant (English) under advt no. 01/2017. Typing Skill Test @ 40 w.p.m was held on 17-12-2018 and 18-12-2018. Marks obtained in skill test has also mentioned in notification. Rajya Sabha Secretariat has issued a notification, to announce list of candidates provisionally selected for the posts of Parliamentary Interpreter (English/Hindi) and Parliamentary Interpreter (Odia) Advt. No. 1/2017, Based on the performance in Oration Test, Written Test and Simultaneous Interpretation Test. Mentioned candidates have been shortlisted for Interview. The Interview is tentatively scheduled in January, 2020. Admit Cards shall be made available in due course soon. Admit card along with original of testimonials in support of eligibility as mentioned in application form should be carried during interview.

Rajya Sabha Secretariat has released list of candidates provisionally selected for the posts of Parliamentary Interpreter (English/ Hindi) advt no 01/2017, on the basis of performance of written test held on 09-02-2019. Mentioned candidates have been selected for appear in the Simultaneous Interpretation Test. Schedule of Simultaneous Interpretation Test will be intimated to candidates in sue course soon.
Written examination,marks of candidates are also mentioned in notification. Participated candidates may evaluate their performance and start preparing for next exam accordingly.

Test Results and cut off marks for the posts of Translator has declared by Rajya Sabha Secretariat on the basis of performance of the candidates in the Preliminary Examination . Preliminary Examination for the the said post was held on 08-07-2018.
Shortlisted candidates will be called for the next stage of recruitment process for the post i.e. Main Examination. Rajya Sabha Secretariat will be intimated to qualified candidates about date of main examination and admit cards.
