Western Railway Recruitment 2025 Group C/D (Scouts and Guides Quota) 12 Posts Online Application
Western Railway is inviting applications from eligible candidates for 12 permanent posts of Group C/D (Scouts and Guides Quota). Online applications must be submitted before 24-10-2025 after confirming eligibility.
Vacancies & Eligibility Criteria:

Western Railway will identify suitable applicants for the mentioned posts through a screening process. Candidates selected for the interview will be informed about the schedule and documents to bring.
Fee Structure :

| (i) For all candidates | Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred Only) with a provision for refunding Rs. 400/- to those who are found eligible as per notification and actually appear in the Written Test (after deducting bank charges). |
| (ii) For candidates belonging to SC / ST / Ex-Servicemen / Persons with Disability (40% & above) / Women / Minorities and Economically Backward Class | Rs.250/- (Rupees Two Hundred Fifty Only)with a provision for refunding the same to those who are found eligible as per notification and actually appear in the Written Test (after deducting bank charges). Candidates in this category should check their eligibility thoroughly before applying. Fee in respect of candidates who are ineligible, but still apply, shall not be refunded. |
Fees is to be paid online using debit card, credit card, net banking , UPI.
How to Apply :
Candidates interested in the aforementioned opportunities can submit their applications exclusively online by 24-10-2025. Candidates need to properly fill in all of the online application areas, including their name, father name, education, address, and other relevant information, using their credentials as a reference. Within the online application, candidates are required to upload a scanned copy of their signature and a passport photograph. After submitting the online application, candidates should print it out and keep a copy of it in case they need it in the future.
