Mode of Recruitment :
The recruitment process consists of multiple stages to ensure the selection of suitable candidates. Following the CBT, candidates who qualify will be called for a Computer Based Aptitude Test (CBAT) designed to assess their technical and practical skills relevant to the job role. After successfully clearing these tests, candidates must undergo a thorough document verification process where all submitted certificates and personal details are checked for accuracy.
Finally, selected candidates will face a medical examination to ensure they meet the required physical and medical standards for the position. The Computer Based Test will have a total duration of 120 minutes and will consist of 100 questions. Each incorrect answer will lead to a penalty of one-third of a mark, which means that wrong answers reduce the total score. In cases where the exam is conducted in multiple shifts, a normalization process will adjust the scores to maintain fairness across all candidates.
