Uttarakhand Medical Service Selection Board (UKMSSB) invites applications for 16 permanent posts of Assistant Professor Nursing (State Nursing College). Eligible candidates must apply online by 18-08-2025.

Mode of Recruitment :
The selection process will consist of a total of 240 marks. Out of these, 200 marks will be allocated to the written examination and 40 marks to the interview. The written exam will be objective in nature. Each correct answer will carry one mark, while 0.25 marks will be deducted for every incorrect response.
The first paper will carry 100 marks and the duration will be 1 hour and 30 minutes. This paper will include subject-related questions covering areas such as nursing research, nursing services, nursing education, nursing administration, anatomy, physiology, medical-surgical nursing, paediatrics, psychology, community health, research methodology, microbiology, and other related topics.
The second paper will also be of 100 marks with a time limit of 1 hour and 30 minutes. It will focus on general studies and include analytical questions related to general knowledge, geography, politics, culture, and historical events of Uttarakhand. It will also include questions related to sports, logical reasoning, behaviour, and teaching aptitude.
The interview will carry 40 marks.
Fee Structure :
Application fee of Rs 2000/- (Rs 1000/- for SC/ST/PH/EWS candidates) is to be paid online using debit card, credit card or net banking.
