Minimum 15 years post-qualification managerial experience in sub-contracting or vendor development/Purchasing/Operations/Managing government tenders/Sub contracts in a Shipbuilding or Ship repair or Offshore Fabrication Company or Marine related Engineering company or Marine related Government/Semi-Government Company/Establishment.
Desirable: Five years as a team lead or section head of a shipbuilding/offshore engineering related project.

Degree in Mechanical or Naval Architecture Engineering OR minimum three-year Diploma in Mechanical or Marine or Shipbuilding Engineering AND NDT level 2 or ASNT level 2 certification.
For Degree holders: Minimum 7 years post qualification managerial experience.
For Diploma holders: Minimum 10 years post qualification managerial experience

Mode of Recruitment :

The selection process will comprise a PowerPoint presentation, group discussion, and personal interview. Provisionally shortlisted candidates will be required to present their work experience through a PowerPoint presentation of not more than ten minutes. Based on this presentation, candidates will be further shortlisted for the group discussion and personal interview stages.

Marks will be allocated as follows: work experience (40 marks), PowerPoint presentation (30 marks), group discussion (10 marks), and personal interview (20 marks), making a total of 100 marks. The selection process will be conducted at UCSL, Malpe, or through electronic mode.

Fee Structure :

An application fee of Rs. 1,000/- (non-refundable, plus bank charges extra) must be paid online using debit card, credit card, or internet banking. SC and ST applicants are exempted from payment.
