TFL Recruitment 2026 Chief Manager, Manager and Various 11 Posts Online Application

Talcher Fertilizers Limited (TFL) is inviting applications for 11 permanent positions, including Chief Manager, Manager, and other roles. These positions entail managerial and technical responsibilities in domains such as Contract & Procurement, Finance & Accounts, Mechanical, and Instrumentation, with initial postings at Talcher, Odisha.

Qualification and Experience Pay Scale
Chief Manager - Contract and Procurement (E-5 Grade) 1 (UR) (One post reserved for PwBD VH-LV) maximum 45 yeras Essential Qualification: Full time regular BE/BTech in any discipline OR MBA with specialization in Finance/Marketing/HR OR CA/ICWA from UGC/AICTE recognized university/institution. Minimum 60 percent marks (55 percent for SC/ST/PwBD).
Experience: Minimum 12 years of Post-Qualification Executive experience in Contract and Procurement functions in Govt Organizations/PSUs/JVs of PSEs/Private Organizations.
Candidates from Govt/PSUs/JVs should have worked minimum two years in one level below pay scale. Candidates from Private Organizations should have minimum annual CTC of Rs. 16.00 lakhs as on cut-off date. Large private organization must have minimum turnover of Rs. 250 crores in any of last three financial years. Experience in SAP System, GEM Portal and leadership role in Contract and Procurement of project dept preferably in Govt organizations/PSUs/Coal Gasification units or Fertilizer plants will be given preference.
Rs. 80,000 - Rs. 2,20,000 (Initial Basic Pay Rs. 80,000, CTC approx. Rs. 24.72 LPA) plus DA, HRA, perks, superannuation benefits, etc.
Chief Manager – Finance & Accounts 01 Chartered Accountant (CA) / Cost Accountant (ICMA) and
Minimum 12 (Twelve) years of PostQualification Executive in line experience (including GET/MT/ET experience) in Finance / Accounts Department of Government Organisations /PSUs/ Joint Ventures of PSEs / Private Organizations (as an employee of that organisation)
Chief Manager – Fire & Safety 01 Full time regular in BE/B.Tech in Fire Engineering or BE/BTech In Fire & Safety Engineering or BE/BTech in Chemical/ Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering along-with minimum one-year Diploma in Industrial Safety from a Central/ Regional Labour Institute recognized by Government / M.Tech(Industrial Safety) from AICTE approved Institute/any other Institute recognized by the Government.
Minimum 12 (Twelve) years of PostQualification Executive Experience (including GET / MT / ET experience) of working in Safety / Fire & Safety Dept of Petrochemical Plant/ Hydrocarbon Refinery/ Fertilizer Plant/Power Plant/Steel Plant /Aluminium Plant of only in Government Organisations / PSUs / Joint Ventures of PSEs / Private Organizations(as an employee of that organisation).
Manager – Company Secretary 01 maximum 35 years ACS from Institute of Company Secretaries of India
Minimum 04 (Four) years of PostQualification Executive Experience (including GET/MT/ET experience) in Company Secretarial function of Government Organisations / PSUs / Joint Ventures of PSEs / Private Organizations (as an employee of that organisation)
Rs. 60,000 - Rs. 1,80,000 (Initial Basic Pay Rs. 60,000, CTC approx. Rs. 18.55 LPA) plus DA, HRA, perks, superannuation benefits, etc.
Manager – Chemical 01 Full time regular BE/BTech in Petrochemical Technology / Chemical Technology / Petrochemical / Chemical Engineering
Minimum 04 (four) years of Post qualification Executive experience (including experience as GET/ ET/ MT) of working in Project Commissioning/ Operation in Petrochemical Plant/ Hydrocarbon Refinery/ Fertilizer Plant / Power Plant/ Steel Plant /Aluminium Plant only of Government Organisations / PSUs/ Joint Ventures of PSEs / Private Organizations (as an employee of that organisation).
Manager - Finance and Accounts (E-3 Grade) 1 (UR) (One post reserved for PwBD HH) Essential Qualification: Full time regular CA/ICWA OR MBA with specialization in Finance from UGC/AICTE recognized university/institution. Minimum 60 percent marks (55 percent for SC/ST/PwBD). Experience: Minimum 12 years of Post-Qualification Executive experience in Finance and Accounts functions in Govt Organizations/PSUs/JVs of PSEs/Private Organizations. Candidates from Govt/PSUs/JVs should have worked minimum two years in one level below pay scale. Candidates from Private Organizations should have minimum annual CTC of Rs. 16.00 lakhs as on cut-off date. Large private organization must have minimum turnover of Rs. 250 crores in any of last three financial years. Preference: Candidates having exposure in sales accounting, treasury, fund management and investment proposal, negotiation/discount of bills, costing, project accounting, MIS, budget control, compilation of annual accounts and audit thereof, direct and indirect taxation, tender procedures, computerized accounts, risk management, etc.
Manager - Mechanical (E-3 Grade) 1 (UR) Essential Qualification: Full time regular BE/BTech in Mechanical/Production/Manufacturing Engineering from UGC/AICTE recognized university/institution. Minimum 60 percent marks (55 percent for SC/ST/PwBD). Experience: Minimum 4 years of Post-Qualification Executive experience (including GET/MT/ET experience) in Heavy Engineering Construction/Maintenance activities/Project Construction Erection/piping/rotary machines and Project Commissioning in Petrochemical Plant/Hydrocarbon Refinery/Fertilizer Plant/Power Plant/Steel Plant/Aluminium Plant of Govt Organizations/PSUs/JVs of PSEs/Private Organizations. Candidates from Govt/PSUs/JVs should have worked minimum two years in one level below pay scale. Candidates from Private Organizations should have minimum annual CTC of Rs. 11.00 lakhs as on cut-off date. Large private organization must have minimum turnover of Rs. 250 crores in any of last three financial years.
Manager - Instrumentation (E-3 Grade) 1 (UR) Essential Qualification: Full time regular BE/BTech in Electronics/Electronics and Communication/Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering from UGC/AICTE recognized university/institution. Minimum 60 percent marks (55 percent for SC/ST/PwBD). Experience: Minimum 4 years of Post-Qualification Executive experience in relevant field in Govt Organizations/PSUs/JVs of PSEs/Private Organizations. Candidates from Govt/PSUs/JVs should have worked minimum two years in one level below pay scale. Candidates from Private Organizations should have minimum annual CTC of Rs. 11.00 lakhs as on cut-off date. Large private organization must have minimum turnover of Rs. 250 crores in any of last three financial years.

Mode of Recruitment :

Candidates who meet the eligibility criteria will be considered for selection. In case of a large number of applications, shortlisting criteria may be applied. The selection process will consist of a Personal Interview conducted by the Selection Committee. Shortlisted candidates will be informed of the interview schedule through email.

Fee Structure :

A non-refundable application fee of Rs. 500/- is applicable, excluding convenience charges and taxes. Candidates belonging to SC, ST, and PwBD categories are exempted from payment of the fee.

  3. Log in with the User ID (email ID) and password received after registration.
  4. Fill in the application form with accurate details including education, experience, category, and other relevant information.
  5. Documents Required to be Uploaded:
    • Recent colour photograph (165x125 pixels, jpg/jpeg, 20KB–50KB)
    • Scanned signature (80x125 pixels, jpg/jpeg, 10KB–20KB)
    • Date of Birth proof
    • Educational certificates and mark sheets
    • Experience documents (offer letters, office orders, pay scale, CTC)
    • Annual turnover certificate (for candidates from large private organizations)
    • Pay slips or pay certificate
    • Proof of payment (bank statement, PF statement)

    • Caste certificate in prescribed Government of India format
  6. Pay the application fee of Rs. 500/- online, if applicable. SC/ST/PwBD candidates are exempted.
  7. Submit the completed application form. A unique registration number will be generated, and confirmation will be sent via email.
  8. Take a printout of the application form with the registration number. Shortlisted candidates must produce this form at the time of the interview.
  9. Submit the online application between 07-04-2026 (11:00 hours) and 27-04-2026 (18:00 hours).
  10. No printed copy of the application needs to be sent to Talcher Fertilizers Limited. Candidates may keep a copy for future reference.
