10Applications along with bio-data (including all details) are invited for contractual positions of Driver must be filled in Sikkim Health Care Human Services and Family Welfare Department (Sikkim HCHSFW Department) for a project on contract basis.

To be considered application for the selection, the eligible aspirant will send the application form, complete in all respects along with all requisite documents of attested mark lists, merit certificate (if any) etc to given address by 10-04-2019 . Paper Applications must be sent only in given format.

Selection Procedure :

Selection process will comprise written test, driving test and viva voce. Written examination shall be of 68 marks, Driving Test for 20 marks and Viva – Voce examination consisting of 12 (twelve) marks.

Structure of Fee :

Bank Receipt of Rs. 150/ - to be credited in Receipt Head No. 0210 – Medical & Public Health; 01 – Urban Health Services; 800.

Procedure to Apply :

Candidates may submit the print-out of application form along with all the requisite documents on or before the last date of 10-04-2019 . Candidates who will not acquire the educational qualification as on the closing date of receipt of application, will not be eligible.
