Mode of Recruitment :
The selection process for concerned posts in South Eastern Coalfields Limited (SECL) shall consist of a detailed scrutiny of received applications followed by an interview. Performance in interviews and academic qualifications will be combined to form a final list of selected candidates.

Mode of Recruitment :
All applications will be reviewed, and those who pass the initial shortlisting will be contacted for a written test and document verification. The written test will be OMR-based.
