Sambalpur District Court is inviting completed applications forms from eligible candidates to fill up 15 posts of Junior Clerk cum Copyist and Various on permanent basis.

Scheme of Examination for the posts of Junior Clerk-cum-Copyist

Candidates who score a minimum of 35% marks in each subject of the written test, as mentioned in Part-I, shall be eligible to appear in the Computer Science Test (Practical). Those who qualify in the practical test shall be considered for the Viva Voce Test.
The qualifying mark for the Computer Science Test (Practical) is 50% for candidates in the General category. For candidates belonging to the Scheduled Castes or Scheduled Tribes, the qualifying mark is relaxed to 40%.
Scheme of Examination for the posts of Stenographer Grade-III and Junior Typist

Only those candidates who qualify in Part-I will be eligible for the Shorthand and Typewriting Test. Candidates who are successful in these tests shall be called for the Computer Science Test (Practical). Those who qualify in the Computer Science Test (Practical) will be eligible for the Viva Voce Test. The written test in English is qualifying in nature and does not contribute to the final merit list.

Recruitment Process :
Candidates will be called for written test, which contain 3 papers of each 100 marks. Candidates who got qualified in written test, will be shortlisted for Computer Science test (practical) of 100 marks. On the basis of practical test, candidates wull be called for viva voce test (45 marks).
Fee Structure :

Candidates belonging to SC & ST categories are exempted from payment of examination fees.
