Mode of Recruitment :
The selection process for the position of Management Trainees will consist of an Online Test followed by a Personal Interview. The online test will have two sections: one covering discipline-specific topics and the other covering aptitude. The test will be of ninety minutes duration and will consist of 100 questions. Fifty questions will be related to the candidate’s qualifying degree or relevant discipline, each carrying two marks, while the remaining fifty questions will cover General English, Quantitative Aptitude, Reasoning, and General Knowledge, each carrying one mark. Negative marking will be applied for incorrect answers. The level of discipline-specific questions will correspond to the requirements of the respective post. Based on their performance in the online test and successful completion of document verification, candidates will be provisionally shortlisted for the Personal Interview.
Fee Structure :
SC/ST/ExSM/Female Candidates are exempted from payment of application fee at the time of online registration.
Application fees of Rs 1000/- is to be paid through online mode.
