Purba Medinipur District Court Recruitment 2026 LDC, Group D and Various 46 Posts Online Application
Purba Medinipur District Court is inviting eligible candidates to apply online for 46 permanent posts of LDC, Group D and Various. Applicants who meet the qualifications and are interested can submit an online application until 28-02-2025. All of the candidate's personal and educational details should be included.

Mode of Recruitment :
For the Post of English Stenographer:
Tier I: OMR-based MCQ test with 50 questions (2 marks each), totaling 100 marks. Duration: 60 minutes. Negative marking: 1 mark per wrong answer. Four series of question booklets. Marks from Tier I will not be carried forward. Based on results, up to 10 times the number of vacancies will be called for Tier II & III.
Tier II: Dictation and Transcription Test (50 marks).
Tier III: Typing Test and Computer Operation (50 marks).
Tier IV: Viva-voce and Personality Test (30 marks) for candidates up to 5 times the number of vacancies. Final merit list will be based on marks from Tier II, III, and IV.
For the Post of Lower Division Clerk (LDC):
Tier I: OMR-based MCQ test with 50 questions (2 marks each), totaling 100 marks. Duration: 60 minutes. Negative marking: 1 mark per wrong answer. Four series of question booklets. Marks from Tier I will not be carried forward. Based on results, up to 10 times the number of vacancies will be called for Tier II.
Tier II: Descriptive Test (100 marks) covering English Essay, Report and Precis Writing, Bengali Paragraph Writing, Bengali Grammar, and Translation (English to Bengali & vice versa).
Tier III: Viva-voce and Personality Test (30 marks) for candidates up to 5 times the number of vacancies. Final merit list will be based on marks from Tier II and III.
For the Post of Process Server:
Tier I: OMR-based MCQ test with 50 questions (2 marks each), totaling 100 marks. Duration: 60 minutes. Negative marking: 1 mark per wrong answer. Four series of question booklets. Marks from Tier I will not be carried forward. Based on results, up to 10 times the number of vacancies will be called for Tier II.

Candidates who are qualified and interested can only apply online, and they must do so by the due date or before 28-02-2025.
