HC Punjab and Haryana Recruitment 2025 Assistant Librarian 2 Posts Application Form
High Court of Punjab and Haryana (HC Punjab and Haryana) invites applications for 2 posts of Assistant Librarian on permanent basis.
Applicants for the mentioned posts in High Court of Punjab and Haryana must ensure they meet eligibility conditions and apply by the deadline of 03-01-2026.

Mode of Recruitment :
Selection will be carried out through a Common Competitive Examination consisting of a Written Examination and Viva Voce. The Written Examination will be of two hours duration and will carry a total of 150 marks, with 150 objective type multiple choice questions.
The question paper will cover Library and Information Science with 60 marks, General Knowledge with 30 marks, English Language with 20 marks, Hindi Language with 20 marks, and Punjabi Language with 20 marks. Each question will carry one mark, and there will be no negative marking for incorrect answers. Candidates securing a minimum of 50 percent marks in the written examination will be eligible to appear for the Computer Proficiency Test.
Fee Structure :
The application fee is Rs 800 for Ex Servicemen, PwD, SC, ST, and BC candidates belonging to Punjab, Haryana, and UT Chandigarh. For all other candidates, the application fee is Rs 1000. The fee should be paid only through a Bank Draft drawn in favour of The Registrar General, Punjab and Haryana High Court, Chandigarh, and payable at Chandigarh.
