Powergrid Corporation of India Limited (PGCIL) is seeking online applications for 20 regular posts of Officer Trainees. Candidates must submit applications by 05-11-2025 after ensuring eligibility.

Selection Process

| 1. Computer Based Test (CBT) |
Duration: 2 hours Type: Objective (Multiple Choice)
Each question carries 1 mark with 1/4 negative marking for each wrong or multiple answer. |
| 2. Document Verification | Candidates qualified in CBT will be called for document verification in prescribed ratio. |
| 3. Group Discussion (GD) | Conducted for shortlisted candidates. No qualifying marks. Weightage: 3% |
| 4. Behavioral Assessment | Carried out before the interview. Result used as input during interview evaluation. |
| 5. Personal Interview |
Weightage: 12% |
| 6. Final Selection |
Based on total weighted score:
Empanelment as per overall merit and category-wise vacancies. |
Fee Structure :
Online Payment of Application fee of Rs 500 is required. SC/ST/PwBD candidates are exempted from payment of application fee.
