OPTCL Recruitment 2026 Medical Officer (Power Hospital Bhubaneswar) 1 Post Application Form
Odisha Power Transmission Corporation Limited (OPTCL) is looking for an experienced doctor for the post of Medical Officer at the Power Hospital in Bhubaneswar. This role is on a contractual basis and involves managing hospital operations and patient care. Individuals with an MBBS degree and at least 15 years of experience should submit their applications by 27-02-2026.
Medical Officer will be engaged on a contractual basis at OPTCL Power Hospital, Bhubaneswar, and will be responsible for hospital administration, day-to-day operations, patient consultation and treatment, procurement of medicines and equipment, supervision of staff, conducting medical boards, and organising health camps. The initial contract is for one year and may be extended annually based on performance, up to a maximum period of three years.

Selection Process:
Selection will be through a personal interview to evaluate professional skills and clinical experience. Candidates must present original documents related to age, education from 10th standard onwards, and medical registration for verification before the interview begins. For retired doctors, it is necessary to provide a Last Pay Certificate from the previous organization. Performance during the interaction session will be the main factor for preparing the final merit list. All eligibility rules must be fulfilled for the contractual engagement at the hospital. Final results will be finalized following the verification of academic and professional history.
