ONGC Recruitment 2026 Head (Advanced Training Institute Goa) 5 Posts Online Application
Oil and Natural Gas Corporation Limited (ONGC) is inviting applications for five supervisory "Head" positions at the Advanced Training Institute (ATI) in Goa. These roles, which include Catering, Housekeeping, Concierge, Horticulture, and Training & Diving, are fixed-term contractual appointments for an initial period of five years. The engagement can be extended for an additional five years based on organizational requirements and performance. The primary objective is to manage campus operations and ensure high service standards at the Goa facility.

Mode of Recruitment :
Selection is based on a structured evaluation comprising application shortlisting and a personal interview. Applications are filtered in a 1:20 ratio, giving priority to those with experience in high-end hotels and resorts. The evaluation criteria include marks for Qualification (maximum 30), Experience (maximum 40), and Interview (maximum 30). Achieving a minimum of 18 marks in the interview stage is mandatory for empanelment. The final merit is calculated from the aggregate of all scores. In cases where candidates have equal total marks, the one with higher interview scores or greater age will be ranked higher.
