OIL Recruitment 2025 Junior Office Assistant 10 Posts Online Application
Oil India Limited (OIL) welcomes online applications for 10 permanent posts of Junior Office Assistant in Noida (UP) and Delhi. Applications should be submitted by 08-09-2025 after confirming eligibility.

Mode of Recruitment :
The selection process will include a Computer Based Test (CBT), designed to evaluate candidates on multiple aspects. The question paper for the CBT is divided into three sections as :
- Section A: English Language and General Knowledge/Awareness, which will also include some questions related to Oil India Limited.
- Section B: Reasoning, Arithmetic/Numerical Ability, and Mental Ability.
- Section C: Relevant Technical Knowledge based on the specific trade or discipline covered in the course curriculum.
The CBT will consist of multiple-choice questions (MCQs). There will be no negative marking. The test will be conducted in a bilingual format, offering both English and Hindi languages for the convenience of all candidates. The total duration allotted for the Computer Based Test will be two hours.
Fee Structure :
SC/ST/EWS/Persons with Benchmark Disabilities/Ex-Servicemen candidate(s) are exempted from paying the online application fee. Application fees of Rs 200/- should be paid online using debit card, credit card, net banking.
How to Apply :
Applications for positions can be submitted online using the provided facility on or before 08-09-2025. Read the instructions very carefully before beginning to fill out the application. The applicant has to include all of their personal and educational information in the appropriate areas of the online application, which is organised according to the certificates they have. Applicants are required to provide a scanned photo of themselves along with their signatures when submitting their applications online. It is recommended that a hard copy of the application that was submitted online be kept for future use.

Mode of Recruitment :
The selection process for the mentioned posts will consist of two phases which include a Computer Based Test followed by a Personal Interview. The Computer Based Test will form the primary stage, while those qualifying in this stage will proceed to the Personal Interview. The final merit will be prepared on the basis of combined performance in both stages with defined weightages.
The Computer Based Test will have a duration of one hour and thirty minutes. Only those who achieve the minimum qualifying marks in the Computer Based Test will be shortlisted for the Personal Interview.
