OIL Recruitment 2026 Walkin for Retainer Doctor, Retainer Dental Surgeon 5 Posts
Oil India Limited (OIL) is inviting eligible medical professionals to participate in walk-in interviews for 5 contractual positions, including Retainer Doctor and Retainer Dental Surgeon. Interested doctors must report to the specified venue in Assam on 13-03-2026 with their completed application forms and original documents for verification.
These roles are based at the Field Headquarters in Duliajan and are entirely temporary. The initial engagement is for one year, with the possibility of extension for two additional six-month terms, totaling a maximum of two years. Selected candidates may be required to work in shifts or on an "on-call" basis and will be provided with shared executive accommodation.

Selection Mode:
The recruitment will be conducted through a walk-in interview carrying a total of 100 marks. Candidates must register at the venue between 07:00 AM and 09:00 AM and their original documents will be verified for eligibility. Only eligible candidates will be allowed to appear for the interview. A minimum of 50 marks is required to qualify, and the final selection will be based on the marks obtained in the interview.

How to Apply:
Eligible individuals must attend the walk-in recruitment process on 13-03-2026 at the Duliajan venue. Registration is a mandatory first step and must be completed within the specified morning time slot on the day of the interview.
- Complete the Personal Bio-Data Form provided in the official notification.
- Arrive at the Occupational Health Centre, OIL Hospital, Duliajan, Assam between 07:00 AM and 09:00 AM for registration.
- Affix one recent color passport-size photograph (3cm x 3cm) to the bio-data form.
- Candidates must present original Class 10 certificate, MBBS or BDS mark sheets and degree certificates for verification along with the MCI/SMC or DCI registration and internship completion certificate. A set of self-attested copies of all testimonials including photo ID and address proof should also be submitted.
- Submit work experience certificates (mandatory for Retainer Dental Surgeon).
- Include valid caste, EWS, or disability certificates if applicable to the category.
- Attach a No-Objection Certificate (NOC) if currently employed in a government or private organization.
- Ensure all documents are submitted in person during the registration window to avoid rejection.
