Odisha Hydro Power Corporation (OHPC) is seeking online applications for 171 regular posts of Management Trainee, Welder Trainee and Various. Candidates should apply on or before 11-12-2025 after verifying eligibility.

Management Trainee (Legal) 1 21 to 32 years Full-time Degree in Bachelor of Law from recognized University/Institution, with a minimum of 50% in aggregate marks. E-3, Basic Pay Rs 56,100 (Training stipend Rs 50000)
Management Trainee (Secretarial) 1 21 to 32 years

Full-time Degree with associate member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ACS)/ Fellow member of the ICSI (FCS).

Diploma Engineer Trainee (Civil) 1 18 to 32 years Full-time Diploma in Civil Engineering from recognized University/Institution/State Council of Technical Education with minimum 60% marks (50% for SC/ST/PWD). E-2, Basic Pay Rs 44,900 (Training stipend Rs 40000)
Age Limit Relxation - 5 years for SC/ST/SEBC/Women/Ex-Serviceman; 10 years for PWDs with 40% or more permanent disability; cumulative age relaxation benefit up to 15 years for PWDs belonging to SC/ST/SEBC.

Test to be held during Jan-Feb 2026.

Mode of Recruitment :

Eligible candidates will be called for Computer Based Test comprising 120 Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs) divided into two parts.

Each question carries 1 mark and there will be a negative marking of 0.25 mark for every wrong answer. Total duration of CBT will be 2 hours.

Candidates qualifying in the written test (CBT) shall be shortlisted for Document Verification. Final merit list will be prepared purely on the basis of performance in the CBT only.

Fee Structure :

Fee is Rs 750 for UR and SEBC candidates, to be paid online. Candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST) of Odisha, and Persons with Disability (PWD) are exempted from paying the application fee.

Applications can be submitted online using the available facility by the due date of 11-12-2025. Before completing the application, carefully read the instructions. The applicant should complete the online application with all of their pertinent personal and academic data in the places indicated by their certificates. A digital photo and signature must be uploaded. The online application should be printed out and saved for later use.
