NTPC Recruitment 2025 Executive Trainees (Human Resources) 15 Posts Online Application
National Thermal Power Corporation (NTPC) is currently accepting online applications for 15 permanent posts of Executive Trainees (Human Resources). Candidates must ensure they meet eligibility requirements before applying by 09-09-2025.

Mode of Recruitment :
All eligible candidates will be required to appear for an All India based online selection test. The test will consist of two parts, namely the Subject Knowledge Test (SKT) and the Executive Aptitude Test (EAT). Candidates must qualify in both the Subject Knowledge Test and the Executive Aptitude Test separately in order to move forward in the process.
Based on merit and the requirements of the post, candidates will be shortlisted for the next stage which includes a group discussion and personal interview. All shortlisted candidates, after qualifying in the written test, will also be required to secure the minimum qualifying marks in the group discussion and personal interview as applicable. The final selection will be made only after successful performance in both stages.
Fee Structure :
Application fee is nil for SC/ST/PwBD/ XSM/female candidates and Rs 500/- for other candidates. Application fees can be paid online using debit card, credit card, net banking.
