NHAI Recruitment 2025 Accountant, Stenographer and Various 84 Posts Online Application
National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) is accepting online applications for 84 regular posts of Accountant, Stenographer and Various. Eligible candidates must apply by 15-12-2025 after ensuring they meet eligibility standards.

Mode of Recruitment :
Candidates applying for 84 posts of Accountant, Stenographer and Various will be shortlisted and called for further selection process.
CBT will be conducted for all posts. Candidates must secure the minimum qualifying marks as prescribed for their category. The test will be objective type with one correct answer for each question. One mark will be awarded for every correct answer and 0.25 mark will be deducted for every wrong answer.

Interview (Only for Deputy Manager)
Candidates will be called for interview in a ratio of 1:5 based on performance in CBT. Final merit will be prepared using CBT and Interview marks.
Skill Test (Only for Stenographer)
The skill test is qualifying in nature. Candidates must appear in shorthand dictation and transcription as per the prescribed speed.
- Dictation: 80 wpm for 5 minutes (Hindi or English)
- Transcription Time: 50 minutes for English / 65 minutes for Hindi
Minimum Qualifying Marks
- UR – 40%
- OBC (NCL)/EWS – 35%
- SC/ST/PwBD – 30%
- Stenographer Skill Test Error Limit: UR – 7%, Others – 10%
Fee Structure :
No Application fee for SC/WT/PWD. Other categories have to make an online payment of Rs 500, as application fee.

Based on their credentials, applicants must properly fill out all online application forms, including name, father name, education, residence, etc. Photographs and signatures should be scanned and uploaded to the online application.
