NCRTC Recruitment 2026 Deputy General Manager (Human Resource) 2 Posts Online Application
National Capital Region Transport Corporation (NCRTC) invites eligible candidates to submit online applications for 2 permanent posts of Deputy General Manager (Human Resource). Applications must be submitted by 23-01-2026 after verifying eligibility.
The selected officer will be responsible for managing core HR functions such as manpower planning, performance management, service regulations, labour laws, disciplinary matters, industrial relations, and implementation of modern HR policies to support the Namo Bharat Project. For deputation, the engagement will be for a normal deputation term, not exceeding five years. In case of immediate absorption, the appointment will be governed by NCRTC service rules, including probation and service bond conditions.
