National Capital Region Transport Corporation (NCRTC) has invited eligible candidates to submit online applications for 1 permanent post of Executive (Security). National Capital Region Transport Corporation is inviting applications for the post of Executive (Security) on a re-employment basis. The selected candidate will be responsible for security management, training and assessment of security staff, and handling passenger and baggage screening systems such as X-Ray scanners, DFMD, and HHMD to ensure safe operations of RRTS corridors.
The engagement will be for a period of one year on a contractual basis, which may be extended further depending on organizational requirements and individual performance.

The selection process is structured to evaluate both technical expertise and personal aptitude through a dual-stage assessment. A Written Test or Computer Based Test (CBT) accounts for 80% of the total weightage, focusing on professional knowledge and general aptitude. Following the test, shortlisted candidates will participate in a personal interview, which contributes the remaining 20% to the final score. A merit list is then generated based on the combined results, with a minimum qualifying threshold of 60% required for consideration.
