It aims to achieve a deeper understanding of the molecular mechanism of biogenesis of lysosome-related organelles (LROs) by using the Tetrahymena thermophila model system. The research explores how cells coordinate the trafficking of proteins and lipids to build specialized compartments. This project is funded by the DBT and is based at NCCS Pune. |
