Mode of Recruitment :
Stage 1: Computer Based Test (CBT)
All eligible candidates will be required to appear in an All-India based Computer Based Test (CBT), with structure as shown :

For every wrong answer, one-fourth of the marks assigned to the question will be deducted. Candidates securing 40 percentile (General category) and 35 percentile (SC / ST / PwBD category) will be shortlisted for the Group Discussion in the ratio of 1:10.
Stage 2: Group Discussion (GD)
Candidates shortlisted based on the CBT performance will be called for Group Discussion. GD will assess communication skills, analytical ability, teamwork and overall suitability. Candidates must obtain the qualifying percentile to be shortlisted for the Interview in the ratio of 1:5.
Stage 3: Interview
Candidates shortlisted from the Group Discussion will be invited for Interview. Interview will evaluate domain knowledge, professional conduct, decision-making ability and overall suitability for the post. Document verification will also be carried out at this stage.
Final Selection
Final merit will be prepared based on the consolidated weighted marks obtained in the CBT, Group Discussion and Interview. Selection will be strictly based on merit and as per the recruitment rules of the company.
Fee Structure :
No Application fee SC/ST/ PWD categories. Others have to pay Rs 500 as fee, which is to be paid online.
