Madhya Pradesh Employees Selection Board (MPESB) has invited online applications for 291 Staff Nurse and Various Paramedical posts under Group-5. Interested candidates can submit their applications from 13-03-2026 to 27-03-2026 through the prescribed online process. These positions involve providing nursing care, assisting in clinical procedures and supporting various healthcare services in government medical institutions and related departments across Madhya Pradesh State.

Mode of Recruitment :

The examination for Group-5 posts will be conducted in a single paper of 100 marks. The question paper will be divided into two main sections consisting of general subjects and technical trade-based questions.

Each question will carry 1 mark. A deduction of 0.25 marks will be applied for every incorrect answer. Exam duration will be 2 hours.

The examination system will include a provision for displaying the candidate’s performance immediately on the computer screen to maintain transparency regarding the number of correct responses recorded.

• The number of correct questions (RAW Score) will be displayed on the computer screen after completion of the examination.
• The candidate must enter the number of correct questions (RAW Score) along with their password on the computer screen.
• The examination can only be submitted if the RAW Score entered by the candidate matches the RAW Score displayed by the system.

Minimum Qualifying Marks

• For Unreserved (UR) category: Minimum 50% marks are required.
• For SC, ST, OBC, EWS, and PWD candidates: A relaxation of 10% will be provided, making the minimum qualifying marks 40%.

Examination Centers

The online examination will be conducted across various cities. Applicants must provide a priority list of four cities while submitting the application form. The proposed examination cities include Bhopal, Indore, Jabalpur, Khandwa, Neemuch, Ratlam, Rewa, Sagar, Satna, Sidhi, and Ujjain.

Final Merit

Final selection of candidates will be based on performance in the written examination, subject to the prescribed qualifying marks and applicable reservation rules. In case of same merit, older candidates will be placed higher in selection queue.

Fee Structure :

• Unreserved category candidates are required to pay an application fee of Rs 500.
• OBC, SC, ST and Divyang (PwD) candidates belonging to Madhya Pradesh domicile are required to pay Rs 250.
• MP Online portal charges for submitting the application form are Rs 60 if the form is filled through a Kiosk, and Rs 20 if it is not filled through a Kiosk.

How to Apply :

Application form has to be submitted online through the MP Online system from 13-03-2026 to 27-03-2026. Candidates can fill the form either themselves using their own computer (registered citizen user login) or through an authorised MP Online kiosk. The complete step-wise process is given below.

1. Keep the following documents ready before filling the application form:
   • Recent colour photograph of the candidate, along with candidate’s signature.
     • Photograph must be clear and taken within the last 6 months. Polaroid photographs are not accepted.
     • The candidate’s name and date of photograph must be clearly written below the photograph.
     • The signature uploaded must match the signature used during examination and verification.
   • Self handwriting sample written by the candidate.
   • Valid identity proof or address proof.
   • Self declaration to be written by the candidate in their own handwriting with the following text:
     • "I hereby declare that all the information provided by me in the application form is true and correct to the best of my knowledge. If any information provided by me is found to be false or not in accordance with the prescribed standards, my candidature may be cancelled."
   • If Applicable -
     • Caste certificate for SC / ST / OBC candidates issued by the competent authority.
     • EWS certificate for candidates applying under the Economically Weaker Section category.
     • Disability certificate issued by the competent authority for PwD candidates.
     • Ex-serviceman certificate issued by the competent authority (if applicable).
     • Domicile certificate of Madhya Pradesh, if required for reservation benefits.
2. Choose the method to fill the application form:
   • Through an authorised MP Online kiosk (portal charge of Rs 60).
   • By the candidate using their own computer through registered citizen user login (portal charge of Rs 20).
3. Enter personal details, category details, educational qualifications and other required information carefully. All information must match the candidate’s documents.
4. Upload required scanned files as mentioned above.
5. If applying through MP Online kiosk:
   • The kiosk operator will scan the photograph, signature and handwriting sample and upload them with the application form.
   • The operator will also process the online payment of examination fee and portal charges.
6. Verify all entered details carefully before submitting the form.
7. Pay the applicable examination fee:
   • Unreserved category candidates: Rs 500 per application.
   • SC / ST / OBC / EWS / PwD candidates who are domiciles of Madhya Pradesh: Rs 250 per application.
   • MP Online portal charges: Rs 60 if the form is filled through kiosk, or Rs 20 if filled through registered citizen login.
8. After successful submission and payment, download the application form and payment receipt. The printed application form is not required to be sent to the examination authority at present. Candidates should keep a copy with themselves for future stages of the recruitment process.
9. Application correction facility:
   • If any mistake is found in the application, corrections can be made between 13-03-2026 and 01-04-2026.
   • The candidate must use their application number and transaction details to log in and edit the form.
   • A correction fee of Rs 20 will be charged for each correction. An additional Rs 40 will be charged as MP Online portal fee for every correction.
   • If category or reservation details are changed during correction, the difference in examination fee must also be paid.
   • No correction will be allowed after the correction deadline.
