MDNER Recruitment 2026 Consultant (NERCEN) 6 Posts Application Form
Ministry of Development of North Eastern Region (MDNER) has invited applications for 6 contractual Consultant positions at the North Eastern Council Secretariat, Shillong. These sector-specific roles involve project planning, implementation, and advisory responsibilities in areas such as Agriculture, Tourism, Health, Education, Industry, Logistics, and Planning.

Rs. 50,000/- per month. Yearly increment of Rs. 3000/- subject to satisfactory performance. |

Strong skills in computer applications, data analysis and policy research. Experience working with Central/State Government departments. Familiarity with issues, geography, and development priorities of the North Eastern Region. Ability to prepare notes, briefs, and presentations for senior decision-makers. |

Mode of recruitment :
Candidates who meet the eligibility criteria will be shortlisted and invited to appear for a skill test followed by an interview at the NEC Secretariat, Shillong. The final selection will be based on performance in both stages. Shortlisted candidates will be informed individually about the date and time of the interview.
