MDL Recruitment 2026 Apprentices 200 Posts Online Application
Mazagon Dock Shipbuilders (MDL) Limited is inviting online applications for contract-based one year Apprenticeship Training (Batch 2025–26), for a total of 200 vacancies across Engineering Graduate, Diploma, and General Graduate streams. Interested candidates must submit their applications on or before 05-01-2026 after carefully ensuring that they meet all eligibility and compliance requirements.
These apprenticeship posts are offered for skill development and hands-on training in shipbuilding, engineering, and allied technical and administrative disciplines under projects of national defence importance, as governed by the Apprentices Act, 1973.

Mode of Recruitment :
The selection process will include shortlisting based on qualification marks, document verification, and interview.
Shortlisting of Candidates
Candidates will be shortlisted for document verification and interview based on the marks obtained in the qualifying examination as submitted in the online application.
Document Verification
Shortlisted candidates will be called for document verification at Mazagon Dock Shipbuilders Limited. Candidates will be required to produce original documents related to date of birth, educational qualification, category, and other eligibility criteria as notified.
Interview
After document verification, candidates will appear for an interview conducted by the company on the scheduled date, time, and venue as communicated through registered email and the official portal.
Preparation of Merit List
The final selection for apprenticeship training will be made based on a combined merit list prepared by giving 80 percent weightage to marks obtained in the qualifying examination and 20 percent weightage to marks obtained in the interview.

How to Apply :
- Register on the Mazagon Dock Shipbuilders Limited online portal by entering basic personal and educational details and complete email verification.
- Log in to the portal, select the applicable apprenticeship post, and carefully check the eligibility conditions.
- Fill out the online application form accurately and upload scanned copies of the photograph, signature, and required certificates.
- Complete registration on the NATS 2.0 portal and enter the NATS registration number in the application form.
- Review the filled application form and submit it online on or before 05-01-2026.
- No printed application is required to be sent to Mazagon Dock Shipbuilders Limited at this stage, however candidates should keep a copy of the submitted form for future reference.
