KBFPCL Recruitment 2026 Company Secretary 1 Post Application Form
Kudumbashree Broiler Farmers Producer Company Limited (KBFPCL) has released a notification for engagement of one Company Secretary on a fixed contract basis. The appointment is intended to meet statutory, regulatory, and corporate governance requirements of the company. Eligible and experienced candidates who meet the prescribed criteria may apply in the specified format along with supporting documents. The completed application must reach the prescribed address on or before 15-01-2026.
Company Secretary (Whole-time) will manage statutory and regulatory compliances, corporate actions, legal matters, shareholder communications, liaison with external advisors, contract administration, and policy formulation in line with organizational requirements. The engagement is on a contractual basis for one year, with extension subject to satisfactory performance and approval of the Board of Directors.

Mode of Recruitment :
The selection process will be carried out by Kudumbashree Broiler Farmers Producer Company Limited (KBFPCL) based on scrutiny of applications. All applications received within the prescribed time limit will be examined for eligibility and completeness. Candidates found suitable after initial screening will be shortlisted and called for an interview. Information regarding the interview date, time, venue, and documents to be produced will be communicated to shortlisted candidates through appropriate means.
