KMC Recruitment 2026 Pharmacist, Laboratory Technicians 39 Posts Online Application
Pharmacist and Laboratory Technician vacancies are being filled at Kolkata Municipal Corporation (KMC) for 39 contractual positions under the Health Department. Interested candidates should apply online by 19-03-2026 after reviewing the eligibility requirements.
Appointed professionals will work with the Kolkata City NUHM Society to manage pharmacy services and clinical laboratory duties. Eligible candidates must be residents of West Bengal, know local languages, and possess computer skills including Internet and MS Office proficiency.

Mode of Recruitment :
The selection process is a two-stage process. First, document verification will be conducted where candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of academic qualification in the ratio of 1:10. Second, shortlisted candidates must appear for a computer test, which will count as practical. Candidates must obtain at least 40% marks to qualify. Final selection will be based on the total marks obtained in academic qualification, which carries 85 marks, and the computer test, which carries 15 marks. If marks are equal, preference will be given to the older candidate.
