Office of District Basic Education Officer, Kasganj invites applications for recruitment in Kasturba Gandhi Residential Girls Schools (KGBV) for various contractual teaching and non-teaching posts. Selection will be merit based as per academic weightage system.

Selection Process:
Selection of candidates will be conducted at district level through a merit-based evaluation system. Separate merit lists will be prepared post-wise, subject-wise and category-wise. Shortlisted candidates will be called for counselling as per merit. The merit will be calculated on the basis of quality weightage marks as follows:

Fee Details:
- Application fee is Rs. 45/- for each post. It must be deposited through Bank Draft (Demand Draft) in favour of District Basic Education Officer, Kasganj, payable at Kasganj.
- The original Demand Draft must be attached with the application form.
- Separate Demand Draft of Rs. 45/- is required for each post applied.
How to Apply:
Applicants must submit duly filled application form in the prescribed format. The application should be filled clearly and completely as per instructions given in the notification.
- Application must reach the office of District Basic Education Officer, Kasganj by 06-03-2026 up to 05:00 PM.
- Applications should be sent only through Registered Post / Speed Post. Applications sent through ordinary post or courier will not be accepted.
- Attach self-attested copies of all required documents including educational qualification certificates, training certificates, caste certificate (if applicable), residence certificate and other relevant documents.
- Two recent passport size photographs must be attached with the application form.
- Clearly mention the name of post, subject and category (UR/SC/ST/OBC/EWS) on the envelope.
