Chennai based Kamarajar Port Limited (Erstwhile Ennore Port Limited) is inviting online applications for 14 permanent posts of Junior Assistant and Junior Accountant. Age Relaxation
  • SC / ST: 5 years

  • Persons working in PSU / Government Department / Autonomous Bodies: 5 years

Mode of Recruitment :

The selection will be based on performance in the Computer Based Online Test (CBT).

Computer Based Online Test (CBT)

The CBT will be conducted in English language only. Each incorrect answer will carry a negative marking of 1/4th of the marks allotted to that question.

Minimum Qualifying Marks

Examination Date and Centres

The online examination is tentatively scheduled to be conducted at the end of April or May 2026. The examination will be held in the following cities - Chennai, Mumbai, New Delhi, Kolkata, Bangalore, Bhopal, Hyderabad, Trivandrum, Vijayawada, Coimbatore, Tirunelveli.

Tie Breaking Criteria
  • If a tie occurs, the candidate older in age will be ranked higher.
  • If the tie continues, higher marks in specified subjects will be considered.
  • If the tie still continues, the candidate who obtained the additional qualification earlier (based on final result date) will be ranked higher.
  • If the tie still persists, alphabetical order of the candidate’s first name will determine the ranking.

Final Merit

The final merit list will be prepared based on performance in the CBT. Before final appointment, candidates will be required to undergo detailed document verification and a medical examination.

Fee Structure :

Applicable application fee is to be paid online. Fee structure is -

  • Unreserved (UR): Rs. 200
  • Other Backward Classes (OBC) and Economically Weaker Sections (EWS): Rs. 150
  • Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST), and Women candidates: Rs. 100
  • Ex-Servicemen and PwBD: No fee
