    • Minimum 3 years in Pay Level 9 or equivalent
    • Experience must be in administration in Govt/PSU/Autonomous/University/Research institutions
  • Desirable:
    • Qualification in Management/Law
    • Experience in Administration/Legal/Finance/Stores/Purchase/PR
    • Experience in ERP-based systems

Level 10 (Basic Pay 56, 100) + allowances

Approximate salary will be ₹90000 per month. The exact salary may vary depending on variations in the rate of allowances.

Personal Assistant 1 Below 35 years
  • Either:
    • Master’s degree in any discipline
    • OR 3-year Diploma in Secretarial/Commercial Practice
  • For Master’s degree holders:
    • English stenography speed: 100 WPM
    • English typing speed: 35 WPM
    • Knowledge of computer applications
    • Working knowledge of Hindi
    • Minimum 2 years relevant experience
  • For Diploma holders:
    • Knowledge of computer applications
    • Working knowledge of Hindi
    • Minimum 4 years stenography experience

Level 6 (Basic Pay 35, 400) + allowances

Junior Accounts Officer 1 Below 30 years
  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce with minimum 55% marks
  • Certified course in Computer Applications

Age Conditions
  • Age reference dates for unreserved category:
    • For 35 years limit posts: candidates should be born on or after 14-05-1991
    • For 30 years limit posts: candidates should be born on or after 14-05-1996
    • For 18–25 years posts: candidates should be born between 14-05-2001 and 13-05-2008
  • Upper age relaxation As per govt norms. For Temporary/Project/Outsourced staff with minimum 3 years service, relaxation equal to service period (maximum age up to 50 years)

Selection process will comprise of Computer Based Online Test (2 Parts) and Interview (only for Assistant Administrative Officer).

Computer Based Online Test

CBT will be conducted in Bengaluru and will be in English only. The test will consist of two parts: Part A (General Aptitude Test) and Part B (Skill Test). Part B will be qualifying in nature and will be evaluated only for candidates qualifying Part A.

Interview (Only for Assistant Administrative Officer)

Candidates qualifying in the Computer Based Online Test will be called for a formal interview. Final selection will be based on performance in the test and interview.

Resolution of Tie Cases

In case of a tie between candidates, the resolution will be done by applying the following criteria in sequence:

  • Date of Birth - Older candidate will be placed higher in merit
  • Draw of Lots - If both merit and date of birth are same, selection will be decided by draw

Fee Structure :

Applicable application fee is to be paid online. Fee structure is -
