Mode of Recruitment :
Selection procedure will comprise a written test, followed by a Physical Standard Test (PST) and a Physical Endurance Test (PET). The written test will consist of multiple-choice questions. Candidates will be shortlisted for the PST and PET based on their performance in the written test. The PET will include a 1600-meter long race for male candidates, which must be completed within 6 minutes and 30 seconds, and a 1000-meter race for female candidates, also to be completed within 6 minutes and 30 seconds.

Application fee is Rs 600/- for SC/ST/EWS category of Jammu and Kashmir State and Rs 700/- for other candidates of Jammu and Kashmir State. Fees should be paid online using debit card, credit card or net banking.
