Mode of Recruitment :

The selection process will consist of a Written Examination followed by Document Verification.

Written Examination

Written Examination will be conducted in objective type multiple choice question format. The question paper will be set in English language only. There will be negative marking, and one-fourth of the marks assigned to a question will be deducted for each wrong answer. The examination date and examination centres will be notified separately by the Board.

Document Verification

Candidates who will be shortlisted on the basis of merit obtained in the Written Examination will be called for Document Verification. At this stage, candidates will be required to produce original documents along with self-attested copies to verify age, educational qualification, domicile status, category status, and other eligibility conditions. Final Merit List will be prepared on the basis of marks obtained by candidates in the Written Examination, subject to successful Document Verification.

Fee Structure :

Applicable application fee is to be paid online. Fee structure is -

  • General / Open Merit category candidates: Rs. 600
  • SC, ST-1, ST-2, EWS and PwBD category candidates: Rs. 500

Mode of Recruitment :

The selection process will consist of a Written Examination, Physical Standard Test (PST), and Physical Endurance Test (PET).

Written Examination

The Examination will consist of Objective Type Multiple Choice Questions set in the English Language only. There will be Negative Marking for each wrong answer to the extent of one-fourth of the marks assigned to that question. Candidates possessing National Cadet Corps (NCC) Certificates will be awarded bonus marks at the following scales:

Final Merit

Candidates selected against available vacancies as per the final merit will be required to undergo a Medical Examination to assess their physical and medical fitness. Only those candidates who are declared medically fit will be considered for final appointment.
