Jammu and Kashmir Service Selection Board (JKSSB) is inviting eligible candidates to apply online for 508 permanent posts of Junior Engineer (Civil) in Public Works (R&B) Department / Jal Shakti Department J&K. Mode of Recruitment :
A written test will be conducted as part of the selection process for engagement to the Junior Engineer posts. The written test will carry a total of 120 marks and will have a duration of 120 minutes.
Fee Structure :
The application fee is Rs. 500/- for candidates belonging to the SC, ST-1, ST-2, EWS, and PwBD categories. For all other candidates, the application fee is Rs. 600/-. The fee should be paid online through any of the these modes: debit card, credit card, or net banking.
How to Apply :
The application date is 03-06-2025. Only those who are qualified should submit applications online. Where applicable, an online application should be completed with personal and academic data. The online application should require uploading a scanned copy of passport-size photo and signature. The completed online application printout should be saved for later use.

Mode of Recruitment :
Candidates will be selected for engagement to the mentioned posts through a written examination. The written test will carry a total of 100 marks and will consist of 100 multiple-choice questions. The duration of the examination will be 2 hours.
Fee Structure :
Application fee is Rs 500/- for C, ST-1,ST-2, EWS and PwBD category and Rs 600/- for other candidates. Fees should be paid online using debit card, credit card, net banking or UPI.
