Mode of Recruitment :

The recruitment process is conducted through a merit-based system that assigns points to applicants. Specifically, 65% weightage is given to the marks obtained in the essential academic qualification, while relevant work experience can earn up to 10 marks at a rate of 2 marks per year for a maximum of 5 years. Candidates selected based on this merit list will be invited for an interview which carries 25 marks. The final selection is determined by calculating the total marks from academic background, professional experience, and interview performance.
