Mode of Recruitment :
Selection process will consist of an Online Examination (Stage I), followed by Interview (Stage II).
Stage I - Online Examination (Objective Type)
The online exam will have 2 parts, carrying 200 marks. Questions in Part 1 will carry 1 mark each, while questions in Part 2 will carry 2 marks each. There will be negative marking of 1/4th marks for each wrong answer (0.25 marks for Part 1 questions and 0.5 marks for Part 2 questions). Total duration of the test will be 120 minutes, with separate timing allocated for each part.

Online examination will be conducted at several centres in mentioned cities - Ahmedabad/Gandhinagar, Bengaluru, Bhopal, Bhubaneswar, Chandigarh/Mohali, Chennai, Dehradun, Guwahati, Hyderabad, Jaipur, Jammu, Kolkata/Greater Kolkata, Lucknow, Mumbai/Navi Mumbai/Thane/Greater Mumbai/MMR Region, Nagpur, New Delhi-NCR, Patna, Raipur, Ranchi, Thiruvananthapuram, Visakhapatnam.
Stage II - Interview
Candidates will be shortlisted for the interview based on their marks obtained in the online exam. Number of candidates to be called for interview will be decided later by IIFCL. Interview will carry 100 marks and may be conducted in Hindi or English.
Final selection will be based on combined marks obtained in the online exam and interview, with a weightage of 40:60 respectively. Candidates must qualify both stages separately.

Online Application Process
- In the provided online application facility, select "Click here for New Registration" and enter Name, Contact Details, and Email ID.
- A Provisional Registration Number and Password will be generated. It is advisable to note these carefully, as they will also be sent via SMS/Email.
- The "Save and Next" option may be used to proceed step-by-step and prevent any data loss.
- Upload Photograph, Signature, Left Thumb Impression, and Hand-written Declaration as per the prescribed format.
- Photograph: A recent color passport-size photo (4.5 cm x 3.5 cm). Dimensions should be 200 x 230 pixels and file size between 20 KB to 50 KB. Background should be light or white. A live photo capture will also be required during the application process.
- Signature: Signature should be done on white paper using black ink. Dimensions should be 140 x 60 pixels and file size between 10 KB to 20 KB. Avoid using capital letters.
- Left Thumb Impression: Use black or blue ink on white paper. Dimensions should be 240 x 240 pixels (3 cm x 3 cm) and file size between 20 KB to 50 KB. File must be in JPG/JPEG format.
- Hand-written Declaration: The declaration must be written in English on white paper using black ink. Dimensions should be 800 x 400 pixels (10 cm x 5 cm) and file size between 50 KB to 100 KB. Do not write in capital letters Declaration Text:
- "I, _______ (Candidate Name), hereby declare that all the information submitted by me in the application form is correct, true and valid. I will present the supporting documents as and when required."
- Before clicking on "Complete Registration", it is recommended to check all details using the "Preview" tab, as no modifications will be allowed afterward.
- After verification, proceed to the "Payment" tab and pay the application fee as per the applicable category.
- Once payment is successful, an E-receipt will be generated. It is advisable to keep a copy for future reference.
- Finally, click on the "Submit" button to complete the application process. No changes will be allowed thereafter.
- There is no requirement to send a hard copy of the application form or documents to India Infrastructure Finance Company Limited.
- It is advisable to keep a printout of the application form and fee receipt for future use during document verification.
