  • Candidates from all states may apply.
  • Candidate should apply for only one suitable post. As exams for different posts may be held on the same day, appearing in exams for all posts applied for may be difficult.
  • Only one application per post is permitted. If multiple applications are filed for one post, the higher application number (latest application) will be considered.
  • However, candidates may apply for multiple posts if they are eligible and wish to appear for multiple posts, provided they need to file a separate application and pay the fee separately for each post.
  • Unit preference (Mumbai/Kolkata/Hyderabad/Noida) must be submitted carefully during online application. It cannot be changed later.
  • Final posting will be based on merit, reservation & preference.
  • Selected candidates may be transferred to any unit/office of the company. Supervisors (S-1) can be rotated in Production/Maintenance/Quality/Control areas.
  • Probation period: 1 year (extendable by 1 more year if required)
  • Bond: Candidates selected for Supervisor posts will need to sign a bond of ₹2 lakh to serve the company for at least 3 years.

  • CBT will be bilingual (Hindi & English), except for the English section.
  • There will be no negative marking.
  • CBT will be conducted in Delhi/NCR, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Kolkata, and Noida. Typing tests (where applicable) will be held in Delhi/NCR only.
  • During the exam, a valid photo ID proof must be brought along with the admit card, along with photocopies. Note that a ration card and a learner's driving license will not be considered valid ID proof.

Typing Test (Only for posts of Jr. Office Assistant, Jr. Bullion Assistant, and Jr. Hindi Typist)

Candidates who qualify in the CBT will be called for the typing test, which will be of qualifying nature and its marks will not be counted in the final merit list. The required typing speed will be English @ 40 wpm or Hindi @ 30 wpm for Jr. Office Assistant and Jr. Bullion Assistant posts. For the Jr. Hindi Typist post, only a Hindi typing test will be conducted (requiring a speed of 30 wpm).

Final Merit List

The final merit list will be prepared based on marks obtained in the CBT only. Minimum qualifying marks will be 55% for General/EWS, 50% for OBC, and 45% for SC/ST categories. Resolution of tie cases will be done by giving preference to higher age and then alphabetical order of names.

Detailed document verification will be conducted before final appointment, where all documents pertaining to age and qualification will be required to be brought, along with caste/disability and ex-servicemen certificates (if applicable). A printed copy of the application form will also be required.

Fee Structure :

Applicable application fee is to be paid online. Fee structure is -

  • UR / EWS / OBC candidates: Rs. 1000/- (inclusive of GST)
  • SC / ST / PWBD candidates: Exempted from application fee, however required to pay Rs. 200/- towards service expenses
