Indian Farmers Fertiliser Cooperative Limited (IFFCO) has invited online applications for the post of Trainee (Accounts), with the last date to apply being 15-04-2026. This position involves one year of training, after which candidates may be offered permanent employment subject to satisfactory performance during the training period. The role provides exposure to areas such as corporate finance, taxation, and treasury management within a large cooperative organization.

CA (Intermediate) with Graduation in any discipline with a minimum of 60% marks

Desirable skills include Corporate Finance & Accounts, Taxation, Treasury Management, and working knowledge of ERP/SAP.

 During 1 year of training: Approx. Rs. 48,000 per month (including allowances)
After training: Pay Scale Rs. 40,000–75,000 with approx. CTC of Rs. 12 LPA
Age Conditions
  • To be eligible to apply, an Unreserved category candidate should not be born before 02-04-1996
  • Upper Age Relaxation:
    • SC/ST: 5 years
    • OBC: 3 years
Employment Type
  • One-year training (contract-based), with permanent appointment after successful completion, subject to performance during training
Other Eligibility Conditions
  • Candidates from all states may apply
  • Working knowledge of more than one Indian language (other than the mother tongue) is desirable
  • The post includes possible pan-India transfers
  • Selected candidates will be required to furnish a bond to serve for a minimum of 3 years after successful completion of training

Mode of Recruitment :

Selection process will consist of an Online Test followed by a Personal Interview and a Medical Examination.

The test will be conducted at designated centers across the country, depending on the number of candidates. Intimation regarding shorlisting, test details and admit card will be sent to registered E-mails. Candidates shortlisted in the test will be called for personal interviews.

Merit will be formed on the basis of combined performance in the test and interview, subject to being found fit in a detailed medical examination.
