Thiruvananthapuram (Kerala) based PSU HLL Lifecare Limited is inviting online applications for the post of Management Trainees for a total of 40 vacancies in various disciplines. The last date for submission of online applications is 10-03-2026.
Selected Management Trainees will undergo a structured training programme comprising classroom sessions and on-the-job exposure across different units. Responsibilities will be assigned according to the respective discipline, including Engineering, Pharma, Marketing, HR, Data Analytics, and Hospital Management.
Posting may be at HLL or any of its subsidiaries, as decided by the organization, and candidates may be deployed based on administrative and operational requirements.

Mode of Recruitment :
The selection process will consist of the following stages: Computer Based Test (CBT), Preliminary Interview, Psychometric Analysis, Document Verification, and Final Interview.
Phase I – Computer Based Test (CBT)
The Computer Based Test (CBT) will be conducted for a duration of 90 minutes (1 hour 30 minutes) and will include a total of 100 objective-type questions.

No negative marking will be applicable in the CBT. The minimum qualifying marks in the Computer Based Test are as follows:

Phase II – Multi-Stage Interview Assessment
This phase will include the Preliminary Interview, Psychometric Analysis, Document Verification, and Final Interview.
Preliminary Interview
Candidates who secure the minimum qualifying marks in the CBT will be shortlisted for the Preliminary Interview. Shortlisting will be done in order of merit and reservation, ensuring a minimum ratio of 6 candidates against one post.
The minimum qualifying marks for the Preliminary Interview are as follows:

Psychometric Analysis
Candidates shortlisted after the Preliminary Interview will undergo an online Psychometric Evaluation in the ratio of 1:3. This assessment will evaluate behavioral competencies, personality traits, and managerial aptitude.
Document Verification & Final Interview
Only those candidates who successfully complete Document Verification by producing original certificates and testimonials will be permitted to appear for the Final Interview. The Final Interview will be conducted in the ratio of 1:3, as determined by the organization. The minimum qualifying marks in the Final Interview are as follows:

Final Selection
Final selection will be based on the marks obtained in the Final Interview and organizational requirements. The merit list will be prepared separately for UR, SC, ST, OBC (NCL), PWD, and EWS categories, depending upon the number of vacancies available.
Fee Structure :
Candidates belonging to General (UR), OBC (Creamy Layer & Non-Creamy Layer), and EWS categories must pay a non-refundable application fee of Rs 1000. SC, ST, and PwD candidates are exempted from the fee. The application fee must be paid online only.
