DGHS Haryana Recruitment 2025 Medical Officers 450 Posts Online Application

Haryana Health Department is inviting online applications for 450 permanent Medical Officer posts (Group-A, HCMS-I) and candidates can submit their forms from 08-12-2025 to 07-01-2026. Before applying, applicants should carefully ensure full eligibility compliance as per the prescribed conditions.

Vacancies & Eligibility Criteria:

Medical Officer, Group-A (HCMS-I) 450 22 to 35 years
  • Graduate in Medicine and Surgery (MBBS) from a recognized University.
  • Permanent registration as Medical Practitioner with National Medical Commission or any State Medical Council.
  • Knowledge of Hindi/Sanskrit up to Matric or higher.
  • Preference will be given to candidates with MD/MS/PG Diploma.
 FPL-10 (Rs. 56,100/-)
Age Relaxation Rules
  • SC (DSC/OSC) of Haryana: 5 years
  • BC-A / BC-B (Non Creamy Layer) of Haryana: 5 years
  • PWD of Haryana: 10 years (+5 years if also DSC/OSC/BC-A/BC-B/EWS), subject to maximum age 52 years

Mode of Recruitment :

The selection process will include a written test, document verification, and preparation of final merit list. The written test will be conducted for 100 marks.

Marks will also be awarded for higher qualifications & Experience as shown :

Higher Qualification Post Graduate Degree 14
Post Graduate Diploma 10
If both Degree and Diploma are acquired, only Degree marks will be counted  
Experience Weightage 2 marks per completed year  
Maximum marks that can be awarded 10

Final merit list will be prepared based on marks from the written test, academic weightage, and experience weightage after verification of documents.

Fee Structure :

Applicable application fee is to be paid online. Fee structure is -

  • Persons of Haryana with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBD) (at least 40% disability): NIL
  • OSC, DSC, BC-A (Non Creamy Layer), BC-B (Non Creamy Layer), ESM, EWS and all women candidates of Haryana: Rs. 250
  • DESM candidates of Haryana belonging to OSC, DSC, BC-A (NCL), BC-B (NCL), ESM, EWS categories: Rs. 250
  • DESM candidates of Haryana belonging to UR category: Rs. 1000
  • All remaining candidates: Rs. 1000
