Navratna PSU Engineers India Limited (EIL) is inviting applications for 59 Management Trainee posts across disciplines such as Chemical, Mechanical, Civil, and Electrical. These are permanent positions, with candidates being absorbed in the high-paying E3 grade (Rs. 60,000 – 1,80,000) upon successful completion of one year of training. The last date to apply online is 13-04-2026.
Candidates may apply for only one post, either Management Trainee (Construction) or Management Trainee (Other than Construction). The role involves working on engineering and construction projects, including design, execution, procurement, and project management across domestic as well as international assignments.
Engineers India Limited (EIL) is a Navratna Public Sector Undertaking functioning under the Ministry of Petroleum & Natural Gas. Established in 1965, the company was mandated to deliver indigenous engineering consultancy, technology solutions, and EPC services primarily for the hydrocarbon sector. Over time, EIL has expanded its operations into allied domains such as non-ferrous metallurgy, infrastructure development, water and wastewater management, and fertilizers.

Candidates will be shortlisted based on GATE-2026 scores in the relevant engineering disciplines. Only shortlisted candidates will be informed for the next stage through email.

Group Discussion and Interview
Shortlisted candidates will have to appear for Group Discussion and Interview. These will be conducted at Delhi/Gurugram. Candidates shortlisted will be paid to & fro limited to 3rd-AC Sleeper Rail Fare.

- After successful registration, a registration number will be generated. It is advisable to note it for future reference.
- Enter the GATE-2026 registration number exactly as mentioned in the admit card.
- Before final submission, candidates may keep the following documents ready in scanned format:
- Passport size photograph in .jpg/.jpeg format (maximum 75 KB)
- Signature in .jpg/.jpeg format (maximum 25 KB)
- Caste certificate for SC/ST/OBC (NCL) and disability certificate for PwD candidates, if applicable, in .jpg/.jpeg format (maximum 500 KB)
- EWS certificate for EWS candidates in .jpg/.jpeg format (maximum 500 KB)
- Percentage conversion certificate issued by competent authority, if applicable, in .jpg/.jpeg format (maximum 500 KB)
- Fill in all the details carefully and complete the final submission. On successful submission, a confirmation email will be sent to the registered email ID.
- Applicants may take a printout of the application form and keep it for future reference. There is no need to send the printout to Engineers India Limited at this stage.
