EIL Recruitment 2026 Junior Secretary 6 Posts Online Application
Engineers India Limited (EIL) is inviting online applications for 6 permanent posts of Junior Secretary within the Secretarial Services discipline. Interested individuals should review all eligibility norms and ensure the submission of their application by 12-03-2026.
Selected candidates will be responsible for administrative and secretarial support, including shorthand, document preparation, and office coordination. Appointees may be posted at any location in India or abroad based on the needs of the organization.

Mode of Recruitment :
Selection for the Junior Secretary post will be based on screening of applications followed by a Skill Test. Shortlisted applicants will be informed by email to appear for the Skill Test in New Delhi or Gurugram, which will test English shorthand and typing speed. Outstation candidates attending the test will be reimbursed second class sleeper rail fare from their registered address to the venue.

No application fee is required for this recruitment drive for any category of candidates.

- Uploads Required -
- Latest passport-size colour photograph in .jpg/.jpeg format (max 75 KB).
- Scanned copy of the signature in .jpg/.jpeg format (max 25 KB).
- Scanned copy of the 10th standard certificate or marksheet as proof of date of birth.
- All relevant experience certificates in .pdf or .jpg format (max 500 KB each).
- Valid caste or disability certificates (OBC/SC/ST/EWS/PwD) in the central government format if applicable.
- Submit the application and download the system-generated registration slip.
- Retain a printed copy of the final application form for future verification rounds. No need to send it to EIL at this stage.
