Engineers India Limited (EIL) has invited applications on a fixed-term basis for 91 Associate Engineer vacancies across various trades. Mode of Recruitment :
Selection process will consist of screening and personal interview. On the day of the walk-in, candidates’ applications and documents will be screened to verify eligibility based on qualification, experience, and other criteria. Only those who meet all requirements will be shortlisted for the next stage.
Shortlisted candidates will then be required to appear for a personal interview. Final selection will be based on performance in the interview and verification of original documents. Documents to be brought along during interview -
- 6 copies of duly filled online application form with recent colour photograph affixed
- Valid photo identity proof (Driving License / PAN Card / Passport / Voter ID / Aadhaar Card)
- Date of Birth proof (Matriculation / Class X certificate / Birth Certificate)
- Educational qualification certificates (Class X, HSC, Degree / Post Graduation mark sheets and passing certificates of all semesters/years)
- Proof for conversion of CGPA/OGPA/CPI to percentage (if applicable)
- Experience certificates for all declared experience showing date of joining, date of separation, and nature of work
- Additional employment proof (offer letter, confirmation order, pay slips, PF statement, ESI card, bank statement, etc., if required)
- For currently employed candidates: employment proof such as offer letter, ID card, pay slips, PF/ESI records, etc.
- SC/ST certificate (if applicable)
- OBC (NCL) certificate in prescribed format (if applicable)
- EWS certificate (if applicable)
- Disability certificate (if applicable)
- Ex-Servicemen documents including discharge certificate and prescribed certificates (if applicable)
- No Objection Certificate for candidates working in Government/PSU/Autonomous bodies (if applicable)
Fee Structure :

- Online application has to be completed through the EIL registration system by filling all required details.
- All instructions provided in the application portal should be read carefully before proceeding.
- Details must be entered accurately; percentage of marks should be rounded down to the nearest whole number and CGPA rounded down to one decimal.
- Scanned documents should be kept ready before applying:
- Recent passport size colour photograph in .jpg/.jpeg format (maximum 75 KB)
- Signature in .jpg/.jpeg format (maximum 25 KB)
- Printout of the application form is not required to be sent to Engineers India Limited at this stage; however, a copy may be kept for future reference.
- Six copies of the application form should be printed, photograph affixed, and carried at the time of the walk-in interview.
- After application, candidates are required to attend the walk-in interview on the scheduled dates at the given venue along with all necessary documents.
