Delhi Subordinate Services Selection Board (DSSSB) has invited online applications for 911 permanent vacancies under Various departents of Delhi govt (Advertisement No 01/2026). The last date to apply is 25-03-2026. Legal Assistant [Post Code 801/26]
The selection for this post will be conducted through a Two-Tier (Technical) examination scheme. Tier-I will be qualifying in nature and used only for screening purposes, while the final merit will be prepared on the basis of marks obtained in Tier-II.

Notable Details
- Examination centers will be located only in Delhi/NCR.
- Negative marking is applicable: 0.25 marks will be deducted for each wrong answer of 1 mark, and 0.50 marks will be deducted for each wrong answer of 2 marks.
- Tier-I examination is qualifying in nature and will be used only to shortlist candidates for Tier-II.
- Skill Test or Computer Proficiency Test will be conducted as per the requirement of the post and will be qualifying in nature only.
- Category-wise Minimum qualifying marks :
- General/EWS: 40%
- OBC (Delhi): 35%
- SC/ST/PwBD: 30%
- Ex-Servicemen: 5% relaxation in their respective category, subject to a minimum of 30%.
Fee Structure :
Application fee is Rs. 100 for unreserved candidates and must be paid online through SBI e-Pay.
No Application fee is to be paid by Women candidates and candidates belonging to Schedule Caste, Schedule Tribe, PwBD (Person with Benchmark Disability) & Ex-serviceman category.
How to Apply :
Candidates may submit the application online by completing registration first and then filling the form within the prescribed dates.
- Before submitting the online application, registration on DSSSB portal is to be done as a one-time process. The generated User ID and password should be preserved for future use. Applications can be submitted only through online mode from 24-02-2026 to 25-03-2026 (till 11:59 PM).
- Login using the registered credentials and fill the Online Application Form for the concerned post carefully as per the given instructions.
- Upload recent and clear colour photograph with white or off-white background. The photograph should not be older than three weeks and should not contain cap or dark glasses.
- The applicable application fee must be paid online before final submission of the application form. After final submission, no correction facility will be available.
- No printout of the application form is required to be sent to DSSSB at this stage. A print copy of submitted application form may be kept for future reference.
