DNH Administration Recruitment 2026 District Government Pleader, Additional Government Pleader 3 Posts Application Form
Dadra and Nagar Haveli Administration (DNH Administration) has invited applications from eligible and experienced law professionals for 3 contractual posts of District Government Pleader and Additional Government Pleader. Applicants must ensure eligibility and submit their applications in the prescribed manner within the given deadline.
District Government Pleader (DGP) and Additional Government Pleader with additional charge of Assistant Public Prosecutor and Additional Public Prosecutor (AGP/APP) will handle civil and criminal cases on behalf of the UT Administration in all courts of the concerned districts of DNH or Diu. The appointment is on a short-term contract basis for an initial period of 6 months, which may be curtailed or extended depending on performance.

Mode of Recruitment :
Applications will be scrutinized and evaluated to identify the most suitable candidates. A shortlist will be prepared based on the assessment of submitted applications. Shortlisted candidates will be informed separately and must attend interviews as per the instructions communicated by the administration.
Fee Structure :
No application fee is required to be paid.

Steps to apply:

- Prepare a detailed bio-data or resume.
- Attach self-attested copies of the following documents:

- PAN Card
- Graduation Degree
- Law Degree (LL.B/LL.M)
- Bar Council Enrolment Certificate
- No Objection Certificate issued by the Bar Council
- Experience certificate issued by the concerned District Judge or Presiding Officer of the court/tribunal
- Place all documents in an envelope and clearly mention the name of the post applied for on the envelope.
- Send the application by RPAD/Courier or submit it by hand to the appropriate District Magistrate address.
- Ensure the application reaches the office on or before 15-01-2026 by 5:00 PM.
- No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview.
- Keep a personal copy of the application and documents for future reference.
