District Court Gajapati is Looking for eligible candidates to work as Junior Clerk/ Copyist, Junior Typist and Stenographer (14 posts) on permanent basis.

Mode of Recruitment :

Candidates will be selected based on their performance in Written test , Computer Test, Typing test and Viva-Voce Test. Merely fulfilling the basic selection does not automatically entitle a candidate to be called for interview.

Scheme of Examination for Junior Typist/ Stenographer:

Written Test consisting of: -

  • English (qualifying in nature) : 100 marks : 2 hours
  • Shorthand & Typing (for Stenographers) : 50 marks. : 15 min.
  • Type Writing Test (for Typists) : 50 marks. : 10 min

Computer Science (Practical): 100 marks and Viva-voce Test 35 Marks.

Scheme of Examination for Junior Clerk/ Copyist:

Written Test consisting of: -

  • English :100 marks. : 2 hours
  • Arithmetic :100 marks. : 2 hours
  • General Knowledge :100 marks. : 2 hours

Computer Science (Practical) :100 marks and Viva-voce Test :45 marks.

 

Fee Structure :

No application fee.

Fee Structure :

Application fee of Rs.100/- for General & OBC candidates is to be paid by Treasury Challan under the Head “0070-Other Administrative Services-01- administration of justice-501-services and service fees- 0010- charges for service provided- 02177-examination fees for recruitment conducted by Orissa District & Subordinate Courts.

S.C/S.T candidates are exempted from payment of the examination fees.
