This opening is for a professional who can provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to senior leadership in New Delhi. Secretarial Executive Assistant will provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to senior leadership, including drafting official correspondence and reports, maintaining MIS and communication records, managing calendars and meetings, preparing Minutes of Meetings, coordinating ministry-level events, handling travel and logistics, and maintaining electronic as well as physical documentation.
The position is offered on a contractual basis for an initial period of 3 years, extendable based on project requirements, and is based in New Delhi with transferability to other project locations as per NeGD/DIC policy.
