Important Dates :
Starting date of online application: 07-02-2018.

Date of Admit card: 02 week before the date of Examination.
Tentative Date of Examination: 25-03-2018.
Selection Process :
For the posts of English Stenographer (Grade-III): Selection will be based on Written test and Skill test. Written test will be of 100 marks (Syllabus, General English Spelling, Correct use of words, Correctness of sentences, Use of common phrases, Synonyms and Antonyms, Punctuation, etc). Test will be 1 ½ hours.
There will be 100 Multiple Choice Questions each carrying 01 mark. 01 mark shall be deducted for each wrong answer.
Paper-II: Dictation & Transcription (400 marks) Dictation @80 w.p.m. lasting for 06 (six) minutes. Paper-III: Typing in Typewriter Machine (100 marks).
For the posts of Process-Server/ Summon Bailiff: Written Examination of 100 marks comprising 50 Multiple Choice Questions each carrying 02 marks on Simple Arithmetic, English, Bengali and General Knowledge . 02 marks shall be deducted for each wrong answer.
For the post of Mali: candidates shall have to appear only in an Interview where ability to read and write in Bengali will be tested. On the basis of the marks obtained in the Interview, the final panel will be prepared.
For the posts of Night Guard and Farash:Written Examination of 100 marks comprising 50 Multiple Choice Questions each carrying 02 marks on Simple Arithmetic, English, Bengali and General Knowledge. 02 marks shall be deducted for each wrong answer.
