CSPGCL Recruitment 2026 Apprenticeship 245 Posts Application Form
Chhattisgarh State Power Generation Company Limited (CSPGCL) is inviting applications for 245 Graduate, Diploma, and ITI Apprentice positions for the 2026-27 training year. This apprenticeship offers a one-year fixed-term engagement designed to provide technical exposure and practical experience within power plant operations, including thermal and hydro projects. Pursuing this apprenticeship is recommended as it significantly enhances future employment prospects by providing valuable industrial experience and professional exposure within a state power undertaking.
The concerned apprentices will be deployed at several CSPGCL units namely Hasdeo Thermal Power Station Korba West, Shyama Prasad Mukherjee Thermal Power Station Korba East, Atal Bihari Vajpayee Thermal Power Station Madwa-Tendubhatha Dist. Janjgir-Champa, and Hasdeo Bango Hydroelectric Power Plant Machadoli.

Mode of Recruitment :
Chhattisgarh State Power Generation Company Limited (CSPGCL) will scrutinize the applications received and invite eligible candidates for the interview. The final selection list will be prepared on the basis of interview performance and academic qualifications. Candidates shortlisted for the interview will be informed separately about the interview date, venue, and the documents required for verification.
