Mode of Recruitment :
Selection for the position will be based solely on the marks obtained in the Computer Based Online Test (CBT). The CBT will have a total duration of 3 hours, during which candidates will be required to complete two papers: Paper-I and Paper-II. Each paper will be of 100 marks.
Paper-I will cover the subjects: General Knowledge/Awareness, Reasoning, Numerical Ability, and General English.
Paper-II will focus on Professional Knowledge, specifically related to the discipline of the position being applied for. This paper will consist of 100 multiple-choice questions (MCQs), which will test the candidate's in-depth knowledge of their chosen field.
Each question in both papers will carry 1 mark, and there will be no penalty for wrong answers.
The question paper will be available in bilingual format, i.e., in both English and Hindi.
Fee Structure :
SC / ST / PwBD candidates / Employees of Coal India Limited and its Subsidiaries are exempted from payment of application fee.
Application fees of Rs 1180/- should be paid online using debit card, credit card or net banking .
