CIDCO Recruitment 2026 Associate Planner, Deputy Planner, Junior Planner and Area Officer 38 Posts Online Application
City and Industrial Development Corporation of Maharashtra (CIDCO) is inviting eligible candidates to apply online for 38 permanent posts of Associate Planner, Deputy Planner, Junior Planner and Area Officer. Interested candidates who meet the required eligibility criteria may submit their applications online on or before 08-03-2025. Applicants are advised to carefully fill in all personal and educational details while submitting the form.
Selected candidates will be involved in urban planning, infrastructure development, land management, and architectural planning activities. The roles primarily focus on city development projects, preparation and implementation of planning schemes, coordination with various departments, and ensuring compliance with planning regulations.

Fee Structure :
Application fee of Rs 1180/- (Rs 1062/- for reserved categories) is to be paid online using debit card, credit card or net banking.

- Click on “New Registration” and enter basic details such as name, mobile number, and email ID.
- Login using the generated registration credentials.
- Fill in complete personal, educational, and experience details carefully.
- Upload required documents including photograph and signature in prescribed format.
- Pay the application fee through online mode.
- Verify all entered details before final submission, as changes will not be allowed later.
- Submit the application form and take a printout for future reference. No need to send it to CIDCO at this stage.
